Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) carefully before using the ReadyFX Service.

This Terms of Use shall govern the availability and use of the services, www.pecutus.com (“this site”)/ReadyFX (“this mobile application”), provided by Pecutus Technologies Limited (“Pecutus”, "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing or using any or part of our services, you (the “Client”, “you”/ “your”, “any authorized user”) agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Terms of Use, please do not access or use this site/this mobile application.

Overview of the services

  • We work with a licensed Money Service Operator to provide service for you;
  • We will collaborate with more Financial institutions to bring new features to you in the future; 
  • We will process your application and facilitate account opening for you with our licensed financial institution partners;
  • You will be informed and instructed via email throughout the application and onboarding stage;
  • Your account will be activated by downloading and signing in at ReadyFX app;
  • Execution of transactions will be conducted in ReadyFX app or subject to any other agreements you enter into with Pecutus;
  • Customer support will be provided online;
  • Pecutus reserves the right to make the final decision in case of dispute.

Compliance of Laws and Regulations

This Terms of Use is effective and legally binding on the date when the Client applies for ReadyFX Account . Your acceptance of this Terms of Use and your use of our services serves as confirmation that you fully understand and accept these terms and conditions. The information provided on this site/mobile application is not intended for distribution to or use by any person in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or Regulation.

Important Information

You acknowledge that you and your use of this site/this mobile application are subject to the mandatory provisions of applicable Law. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any and all laws, rules and regulations that may be applicable to you in connection with your use of this site/this mobile application, including, but not limited to, laws and regulations governing payment services, anti-money laundering or terrorist financing requirements, consumer protection, data protection laws, anti-discrimination, gambling, false advertising, illegal sale or purchase or exchange of any goods or services, and those related to export/import activity, taxes or foreign currency exchange.

We may close, suspend or limit your access to your use of this site/this mobile application in the event that you breach any of the terms and conditions in this Terms of Use or any other Terms of Use you enter into with Pecutus or pursuant to any proprietary monitoring used by Pecutus when assessing the risk associated with your transaction activity. We may also limit your access to funds per the instructions of law enforcement or our regulators.

The availability of the products and services described on this site/mobile application may vary from country to country. Please consult Pecutus for specific product information.

Pecutus shall endeavour to ensure the accuracy, completeness, reliability and timeliness

of the information on this site/mobile application, but Pecutus assumes no undertaking or warranty thereto and is not liable for any damages or losses caused thereby.

Pecutus reserve the right to discontinue or alter any or all of the information, products or

services mentioned in this site/mobile application at any time in our sole discretion without notice.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Pecutus Technologies Limited (“Pecutus”, "we", "us" or "our") collects and uses the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you (the “Client”, “you”/ “your”, “any authorized user”) may provide on the www.pecutus.com ("this site/this mobile application")/ fin (“this mobile application”).

The security of your personal data is important to us. We comply with applicable regulations* and have safeguards in place to protect the personal data stored with us.

  • communicating with you, including providing you with updates on changes to products, services and facilities (whether made available by us or through us) including any additions, expansions, suspensions and replacements of or to such products, services and facilities and their terms and conditions;
  • to allow you to participate in interactive features of our services, when you choose to do so
  • verifying your identity for the purposes of providing facilities, products or services;
  • conducting screenings or due diligence checks as may be required under applicable law, regulation or directive
  • complying with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, directives, orders, instructions and requests from any local or foreign authorities, including regulatory, governmental, tax and law enforcement authorities or other authorities
  • financial reporting, regulatory reporting, management reporting, risk management (including monitoring credit exposures), audit and record keeping purposes

Share of Personal Information and Cookies

We may from time to time share your personal information with any member of Pecutus or to selected third parties, whether located in Hong Kong or elsewhere. Any such sharing will be made in full compliance with applicable regulations. 

The following are the types of third parties we may share some of your personal data with:

  • Business partners – suppliers and subcontractors for the performance of any services that we provide to you or any Terms of Use we enter with them
  • Analytics – search engine and analytics providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of this site/this mobile application
  • Compliance – companies which services we use for the purposes of meeting our obligations in terms of anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing
  • Data storage – providers who supply physical or cloud-based storage services.
  • Onboarding – provider with money service operator license who supports our onboarding procedures. 
  • Banking and payments network – providers who support our payments network including banks, PSPs, money service operators and liquidity providers. These providers will also have their own legal obligations when processing your data. We facilitate payments to numerous jurisdictions where we may not have a direct relationship with the businesses in these jurisdictions – for example the beneficiary bank. If you are making a payment to a beneficiary in a certain jurisdiction, your data will by default be processed by this entity.
  • Communications – providers who supply communications solutions both internally and externally.  

We will never sell your personal data without your consent.

You have certain rights and choices with respect to your personal information and cookies as described below:

You may contact us to delete your personal information we stored in our server at any time, except where such data may be required to be retained for legal purposes (including but not limited for compliance with AMLO).
